  • Agnes Talamantez Carroll & Associates, LLC (ATC) is a Denver-based training resource for business, government and academic institutions with an outreach to Hispanic end-users on a large scale.  Formally organized in 2002, ATC is a Hispanic, woman-owned small business whose key personnel have nearly 25 years of experience in job training, business fundamentals and marketing outreach programs.  Using both classroom and electronic media, ATC has worked extensively with Colorado’s immigrant population to achieve their goals of both social and economic self-reliance through acculturation training and education.

Agnes Talamantez Carroll personally has six years as an owner/operator of an education and training company and 11 years with US SBA Women’s Business  Centers, Mi Casa Resource Center for Women, Inc., Pueblo, Colorado Springs and Denver. She also has six years with Red Rocks Community College; three years with the Denver Small Business Development Center; six years with the Aurora Small Business Development Center and the Aurora Business Development Center and the City of Aurora; one year with Adams County and five years with Arapahoe County.
