Agnes Talamantez Carroll, known on radio and among Denver's Hispanic community by the honorific "Doña Inez, received the 2009 MED (Minority Enterprise Development) Week 2009 Advocate of the Year Award, Denver, Colorado, September 2009. She was chosen as a Finalist at both a regional and national level for MED Week Advocate of 2010.
